“Tony was wonderful! He made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Loved his sense of humor and range of knowledge about Bangkok. Jack, our driver was fun and used music to bridge the language gap, he may have been the most fun part of the experience! Only thing I would change is the meeting point, was difficult to find if you’re not arriving by train; but Tony waited for us in spite of our late arrival. I wish they didn’t make the tuk tuk drivers sing the city name song, was awkward for them and us.”

“This was appalling. Very poor advice about the meeting point and lack of communication. We were left behind. The tour started without us. They did not care and extremely poor customer service after. We had a young child with us and spent money on taxis to get to the tour. Said they could reschedule us but charge us again for it !! No offer of a refund. Blamed us. Will not be using Viator again nor would I recommend them. We’ve had a few issues now with them. And don’t want to know if there have been problems with a tour. Source trips locally if you can using local tour…”

The tuk-tuk hop app was excellent with attractions and pick-up points clearly labelled. The tuk-tuks we're clean and drivers pleasant. The longest we had to wait for a tuk-tuk was 10 minutes.”
